How do I make a return?

Please be advised that due to the specific production process of these items, all purchases are considered final upon the processing of your order, and at that time, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified via email when the refund has been issued. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

My order hasn't shipped. Why was I charged?
